Spanish media reacts to Anthony Gordon after his Barcelona debut
Anthony Gordon quickly caught the eye of the Spanish media after making his first appearance for Barcelona in their La Liga opener against Elche.
The 25-year-old winger joined Barca from Newcastle this summer in a £69.3 million (€80m) deal, including add-ons. He started on the bench for Sunday’s game at Estadio Martinez Valero but came on in the second half and helped set up two goals. With Raphinha scoring twice, Karim Adeyemi, and Fermin Lopez netting twice, Barcelona cruised to a 5-0 win.
