The Istanbul club has already signed Portugal winger Rafael Leao from AC Milan and want to add more firepower for their title defense.
According to Fanatik, Galatasaray has made a loan offer for the 21-year-old Tel. They are now waiting for Tottenham’s response before talking to the player’s representatives. Tel is known for his speed, strength, and versatility in attack, qualities that Galatasaray hope will boost their squad.
Tel grew up north of Paris and played youth football at several clubs, including Paris FC, before breaking into senior football at Rennes. He moved to Spurs on loan in early 2025 after 83 appearances and 16 goals for Bayern. Despite joining a struggling Spurs side, he contributed in their Europa League win and signed permanently.
In the 2025-26 season, Tel scored four Premier League goals as Spurs narrowly avoided relegation again.
