The top earners at every Premier League club in the 2026/27 season
The Premier League is the richest football league in the world and brings in some of the sport’s biggest stars, with many players earning six-figure paychecks every week. For example, Erling Haaland is said to make around £525,000 per week at Manchester City, a salary only beaten by Kylian Mbappe and Cristiano Ronaldo globally.
Haaland is comfortably the highest-paid player in the Premier League, ahead of stars like Virgil van Dijk and Enzo Fernandez. But who else is among the top earners at every club in England’s top league?
This list covers the 2026-27 Premier League season and was last updated in September 2026. The salary figures come from Capology, a website that tracks and estimates player wages. Keep in mind these numbers are estimates since Capology doesn’t have access to official contracts, but they update the info whenever there are new deals or squad changes.
A few highlights: Bukayo Saka became Arsenal’s highest-paid player in February after signing a five-year deal reportedly worth over £300,000 per week. Leon Goretzka topped Aston Villa’s wage bill after joining from Bayern Munich on a free transfer, earning around £220,000 per week.
Evanilson joined Bournemouth in 2024 for a club record £40.2 million, signing a five-year deal worth roughly £125,000 weekly. Igor Thiago extended his contract with Brentford, earning slightly more than summer signing Mamadou Sangare. Luka Vuskovic moved to Brighton for a club record £46 million, with a £100,000 per week deal.
Chelsea’s new signing, Rogers, cost a club record £117 million and earns about £280,000 each week, which is £30,000 more than teammate Moises Caicedo.
Nottingham Forest’s Awoniyi joined Coventry City in August for £9 million, reportedly earning £50,000 weekly, while Crystal Palace signed Jorgen Strand Larsen for a club record £48 million, with a salary around £125,000 per week.
