Adult star replies to PSG player’s wife after offering him a spot in the Champions League final
An adult film star who promised a Paris Saint-Germain player a “night of passion” if he helped the team keep their Champions League title is sticking to her promise as the big game approaches.
PSG goalkeeper Matvey Safonov was the only player picked by Luis Enrique for the 2026 final against Arsenal who didn’t start in last season’s Champions League win over Inter Milan in Munich. The Russian goalie joined PSG in 2024 and started off as backup to Gianluigi Donnarumma. But this season, he earned the starting spot over summer signing Lucas Chevalier and has been crucial in getting PSG to their second straight European final.
Before the big match, Safonov got a spicy message from adult actress Mary Rock. She wrote, “Hello Matvey Safonov! As a PSG fan, I wish you luck and want you to win the Champions League final against Arsenal. And to make the win even sweeter, I promise you as many passionate nights as you make saves in the game.” She even offered to cook him a special breakfast, and her message quickly went viral.
Safonov’s wife jokingly replied, saying “passionate nights” for her husband mean doing crosswords, not anything wild. She added, “An adult actress wished my husband good luck and promised him a hot night for every save, but she has no idea. For him, passionate nights are doing crosswords, watching the quiz show ‘What? Where? When?’ and going to bed at 11:30 pm because he has early training.”
For context, ‘What? Where? When?’ is a popular Russian game show where experts answer tricky questions from viewers.
Now, Mary Rock has spoken again, saying Safonov’s smarts only make him more attractive. In an interview with the Daily Star, she said she won’t watch the final because she has to travel but hopes to message him on Instagram afterward. When asked what she’d say, she smiled and said, “I hope to send him a hot note… Maybe we can do crosswords together and chat about it!”
Safonov hasn’t said anything about the offer yet.
