England’s squad numbers for the 2026 World Cup have been leaked online before the official reveal for the Three Lions.
The 26 players heading to North America caused quite a buzz, with well-known names like Phil Foden, Cole Palmer, Harry Maguire, Morgan Gibbs-White, Jarrod Bowen, and Lewis Hall missing out.
The team has already flown to Florida for a training camp ahead of their first match against familiar rivals Croatia on June 17.
While the official squad numbers will be announced at 3pm, they’ve already been shared in a FIFA document listing every player.
The numbers go from 1 to 26, with goalkeeper Jordan Pickford getting number 1 as usual, and Jarell Quansah taking the last spot.
These numbers also give clues about Thomas Tuchel’s likely starting lineup.
Captain Harry Kane keeps his number 9, Jude Bellingham is once again wearing the iconic 10, and Elliot Anderson gets the number 8, which he also wears at Nottingham Forest.
Ezri Konza and Nico O’Reilly have numbers 2 and 3, with Bukayo Saka and Marcus Rashford looking like the first-choice wingers based on their shirt numbers.
