Mikel Arteta should sign the ‘perfect’ Moroccan star for Arsenal right away after his amazing show in Brazil.

Arsenal fans are excited and urging manager Mikel Arteta to sign Morocco’s rising star, Ayyoub Bouaddi, right after their 1-1 draw with Brazil in the World Cup.
Morocco started Group C perfectly, with Real Madrid’s Brahim Diaz assisting Ismael Saibari, who scored a lovely lob over Brazil’s goalkeeper, Alisson. The Africa Cup of Nations champions controlled the first 30 minutes, but Brazil’s Vinicius Junior showed his skill with a smart equalizer at the 32nd minute.
After that, Brazil had more control, but Morocco nearly snatched the win in stoppage time when Neil El Aynaoui was twice stopped by Alisson. The game ended with a point for both teams, putting them in a good spot to advance to the knockout rounds. With four points, a team is usually safe for the round of 32.
While many eyes were on Vinicius, Raphinha, and Brahim before the match, Morocco had a special debut among their players. One big story before the World Cup was Lille midfielder Bouaddi, who decided to switch his international loyalty from France to Morocco. He was once the captain for French youth teams and was given a starting spot by coach Mohamed Ouahbi. The 18-year-old showed great stamina and skill throughout the game in New York.
Bouaddi dropped deep to help get the ball, pointed out passing options to teammates, and frequently pushed forward when he had the ball. He completed 91% of his passes, won four tackles, made five interceptions, and recovered the ball six times.
His all-around performance has already made Arsenal fans believe he should be the next big signing for their club. One fan tweeted, “If we pair Rice and Bouaddi, then we go back-to-back champions.” Another said, “Ayyoub Bouaddi will fit perfectly with Mikel Arteta’s style at Arsenal, and I’m desperate to have him.”
One supporter shared, “This is the first time I’ve seen Bouaddi play, and he’s very much an Arteta-type player.” Another added, “Arteta wanting Bouaddi last season shows what a great eye he has for talent. Imagine if we had gotten him!”
A fifth fan commented, “Bouaddi is perfect for Arteta — he can play multiple positions very well, is only 18, and will only get better with time.”
