Real Madrid chooses to sell their top star as part of a big summer team update.

Real Madrid is reportedly ready to decide which midfielder they will sell this summer as part of a big team reshuffle.
The club has already had a very busy summer, with lots of players coming and going, and they’ve even brought back Jose Mourinho as manager for a second time.
The 15-time Champions League winners have signed four new players: Ibrahima Konate, Denzel Dumfries, Bernardo Silva, and Marc Cucurella. Meanwhile, Dani Ceballos, Dani Carvajal, and David Alaba have already left the club on free transfers.
There’s likely to be more action as the summer transfer window goes on, with many players linked to Real Madrid both arriving and leaving.

Since Bernardo Silva joined on a free transfer and Chelsea’s Enzo Fernandez is a top target but expected to come with a high price, Real Madrid seem set on selling a midfielder this summer to balance things out.

One player who’s been mentioned a lot is French midfielder Aurelien Tchouameni. Manchester United is interested in him and sees him as a great fit to replace Casemiro. However, Real Madrid reporter Ramon Alvarez de Mon says Tchouameni will probably stay alongside Federico Valverde next season.

Instead, Real might be ready to let another French midfielder, Eduardo Camavinga, leave if they get a good offer. Alvarez de Mon shared on Twitter, “Real Madrid can count on Valverde, Tchouameni, Guler, Bernardo Silva, and Bellingham as midfielders next season. The only one who might leave if a good offer comes in is Camavinga—if he agrees, since he wants to stay and earn his place.”

Camavinga joined Real Madrid from Rennes in 2021 for about £34.4 million. He’s been linked with Premier League teams like Manchester City and Liverpool, and at 23, he seems like a great fit for English football.

In other news, Alvaro Arbeloa, recently named manager of Fulham on a three-year deal, is reportedly planning to bring some players from his former club. According to the BBC, Arbeloa wants to sign striker Gonzalo Garcia permanently and is also looking into loaning 18-year-old Franco Mastantuono.

Arbeloa was also interested in reuniting with left-back Fran Garcia at his new club, but Fabrizio Romano reports that Garcia has already agreed to join Real Betis. Garcia has given the go-ahead for a €4 million deal that will be finalized after his medical. Real Madrid will keep a 50% sell-on clause as part of this transfer.

Garcia, 26, is leaving Real Madrid for the second time. He moved to Rayo Vallecano in 2021 before returning two years later and making 108 appearances over three seasons.
