England is getting ready to play Panama in their last group game of the World Cup, knowing that a win will probably help them finish first in their group.

Thomas Tuchel’s team wants to bounce back after a tough game against Ghana, where they didn’t play as well as they hoped.

The England manager hasn’t had an easy time preparing for the tournament, dealing with stolen equipment and injuries to some important players.

Tuchel has now confirmed that Reece James won’t play against Panama because of a hamstring problem, but he’s hopeful James will recover and be ready for later games.

He said, “It’s a small hamstring issue; he hasn’t trained for two days. He’s on a fast rehab plan, and we’re taking it one game at a time. We believe he’ll be back during the tournament.”

People have asked about the choice of fullbacks since only three were brought, and two—James and Tino Livramento—are hurt. Tuchel responded, “I’m happy with my right-back options. I picked the squad, and I believe in the players’ strengths. Of course, we’d love to have everyone fit, but when we don’t, we find solutions and keep going.”

On a brighter note, fans will be glad to hear that Declan Rice, Elliot Anderson, and Bukayo Saka, who were worries earlier in the week, are now looking good and might all start against Panama on Saturday as England tries to secure top spot in the group.
