Seth Rollins walks off set after TV host says something about his wife Becky Lynch

WWE star Seth Rollins left a TV set in frustration after the host made a comment about his wife, Becky Lynch.

A big NFL and Chicago Bears fan, Rollins was on Good Morning Football before the 2026 draft, just days after his match with Gunther at WrestleMania 42 in Las Vegas. Rollins lost to “The Ring General” after Bron Breakker, his former protege, interfered at Allegiant Stadium.

After another tough loss on Monday Night Raw at the T-Mobile Arena, Rollins got into a heated discussion with the host, Kyle Brandt. They debated whether it’s harder to headline WrestleMania in your late thirties or play in the NFL in your early forties. Rollins said, “You say it’s not personal, but it’s starting to feel that way. Wrestling at WrestleMania is tougher than playing in the NFL at 42, especially for guys like Aaron Rodgers. NFL players don’t get hit as much—they’re protected and can choose when to go down. WrestleMania isn’t like that.”

Although Rollins has appeared on Good Morning Football many times, he was clearly annoyed. “I don’t really like this,” he said. “I don’t have to be here, but I want to be. Not when I’m treated like this. If you want to take over every part of the show, fine.”

Things took a turn when Brandt joked about Rollins’ wife and mother of his child. Even though Rollins had lost on Saturday, Lynch had just won the women’s Intercontinental championship against AJ Lee. Brandt said, “Maybe Becky should come in and actually win something for us. That’s how it works for you guys—maybe she could do a segment?”

That comment made Rollins snap. He took off his earpiece and told Brandt, “I’m leaving. You do your thing, I’ll do mine.” Brandt responded, “This is going worse than you and Paul Heyman,” referring to Rollins’ WWE storylines. Rollins then threw his towel at Brandt and pushed a chair, prompting Brandt to say, “He’s actually walking off! Come on, finish the segment!”

Before leaving, Rollins said, “It’s been a long morning. You get to do your thing.” Brandt later said he followed Rollins outside to the parking lot, but Rollins had already gone and didn’t answer his calls or texts.
