Arsenal’s plans to lift the Premier League trophy are set as the Gunners get ready to celebrate their amazing win!

Arsenal will have to wait about 30 minutes before they lift the Premier League trophy this Sunday afternoon. The team became English champions for the 14th time on Tuesday night after Manchester City couldn’t beat Bournemouth at the Vitality Stadium.
The Arsenal players celebrated excitedly at their London Colney training ground, sealing the title with one game to go. Mikel Arteta’s squad, who also have the Champions League final coming up, will finally raise the Premier League trophy for the first time in 22 years at Selhurst Park during their last match against Crystal Palace.
Even though they won the league on the road, Arsenal’s last two Premier League trophy celebrations took place at Highbury. Martin Odegaard will be the one to lift the trophy in South London, and Football.London has shared the team’s plans for the day.
Since Palace will wear their usual red and blue, Arsenal will wear their white third kit to avoid any color clashes. But after the game, the team will switch back into their red home kit for the trophy presentation. They won’t have to rush to change because they’ll return to the dressing room to celebrate while Palace gives a special farewell to their manager, Oliver Glasner.
Glasner led Palace to their first big trophy and might still win a European trophy in Wednesday’s Conference League final against Rayo Vallecano. After his farewell, the Arsenal players and staff will come out of the away dressing room for the trophy ceremony.
The trophy presentation will keep its traditional style, unlike the recent celebrations by Paris Saint-Germain, who received their Ligue One trophy before their last game. Only fans who traveled will be there for Arsenal’s victory.
On Sunday, May 31, the day after the Champions League final against PSG, Arsenal will have a historic parade around Islington to celebrate, whether or not they win the European title as well.
To earn a Premier League winner’s medal, players must have played at least five games—a change from the old requirement of 10. Young players Max Dowman and Ethan Nwaneri made the cut, even though Nwaneri spent the second half of the season on loan at Marseille.
Goalkeeper Kepa Arrizabalaga won’t get a medal since he didn’t play any Premier League minutes. David Raya, who played every minute, qualifies, and even if Kepa plays against Palace, he’ll still be four games short. Third-choice keeper Tommy Setford also won’t qualify, with just a brief appearance as a substitute in a cup game.
Arsenal will receive 40 medals to hand out, so both goalkeepers might still get one for their efforts. If more medals are needed, the Premier League must approve the request, usually only in special cases.
