Both Cadillac drivers had to leave the Austrian Grand Prix after only five laps.

Cadillac had a really tough time at the Austrian Grand Prix, with one of their worst race starts in a long time.
The race got off to an exciting start at the Red Bull Ring. F1 leader Kimi Antonelli avoided a penalty after going off the track, while Lewis Hamilton battled hard with his old teammate George Russell in the first laps.
But for Cadillac, things quickly went wrong. Both of their drivers had to drop out after just five laps.
Valtteri Bottas came into the pits early, saying his brakes were overheating and felt like they were on fire. This was similar to a problem they had during practice, so he had to retire early.
Liam Lawson from Racing Bulls also said over the team radio, “I’ve got my car on fire.” Then, Bottas’ teammate Sergio Perez reported the same issue and went to the pits too.
Perez told Bottas he had “a lot of smoke in the cockpit,” and he had to leave the race early as well.
Journalist Chris Medland reported that Cadillac said both cars’ brakes were overheating because of the hot weather.
