Fans can’t believe Ronaldinho’s stats in Football Manager 27!
A screenshot showing Ronaldinho’s skills, mindset, and physical stats in the latest version of Football Manager has got fans excited before the game’s big launch.
Football Manager 27 will have an early-access preview, letting players try it for free from 6pm UK time on Thursday, October 29, ahead of its official release on November 10. This free trial lasts five days, giving fans full access to all game modes and features.
Some popular Football Manager content creators, like YouTuber DoctorBenjyFM, got to play the game early. Benjy shared his first thoughts and posted a screenshot of Ronaldinho’s stats on his X account, joking: “If you’re not signing Ronaldinho tonight at 6.10pm, are you even playing FM27 right?”
Ronaldinho is in this year’s game because he recently signed for Italian third-division team Ravenna FC. Even though he’s 46 and last played professionally in 2015, the game’s creators gave him some impressive ratings, like 16 for first touch and technique. His flair and vision scores are also high, but his physical stats are a bit low.
Fans have shared their opinions online, with one saying, “It’s surprising his crossing is higher than dribbling. His overall stats are much better than I expected for a 46-year-old. Can’t wait to play tonight.” Another said, “Technique 16 is a crime,” while someone else added, “20 flair and 4 pace is too much—he’s the first signing in my Chelsea save.” A fourth fan mentioned, “He should have higher composure, concentration, bravery, and maybe anticipation and teamwork, but otherwise, the stats look fair.”
As a reminder, Football Manager 27 officially launches on November 10. But Sports Interactive is offering a five-day free preview for Xbox Game Pass Ultimate and PC Game Pass subscribers from October 29 to November 3. It’s not common for studios to give such a long free trial before a release, but Sports Interactive seems eager to win fans over after a tough few years.
