Liverpool makes two deals in just one hour with an exciting double transfer!
Liverpool has made two new signings in just one hour as Andoni Iraola works to freshen up his squad before the transfer window closes.
With less than 36 hours left until the 2026/27 summer transfer window shuts, many clubs are rushing to make last-minute deals. Liverpool is one of the busiest teams in the Premier League right now.
Fans are excitedly waiting for Liverpool to confirm the signing of their main target, Bradley Barcola, who is expected to join from Paris Saint-Germain in a deal worth up to £123 million.
But Liverpool’s transfer work isn’t finished yet. The Reds are also working on a few other signings this summer.
Surprisingly, Liverpool has just completed two deals for promising young players, including a new forward.
First, as Fabrizio Romano reported, Liverpool signed 18-year-old goalkeeper Lucca Brughmans. He was linked with the move on Sunday as a possible replacement for Giorgi Mamardashvili.
Brughmans will have a medical soon and is set to join Liverpool in the summer of next year. The deal is worth €35m (£30.3m). It’s likely he’ll be loaned back to Genk unless Mamardashvili leaves the club.
Shortly after, Romano shared another update confirming Liverpool also signed 18-year-old French striker Djylian N’Guessan from Saint Etienne.
He’s seen as a very exciting talent for the future and will join in summer 2027 after completing a medical. The fee isn’t clear yet, but N’Guessan’s current value is around €4m (£3.46m).
Stay tuned for more updates on Liverpool’s transfer moves!
