Shaquille O’Neal talks about the rumors that he sent messages to Sabrina Carpenter on Instagram.

Shaquille O’Neal had to clear up a silly rumor claiming he was texting singer Sabrina Carpenter on Instagram.
During his podcast, ‘The Big Podcast with Shaq,’ the 54-year-old paused the show to read some fake messages to his guests Jim Jones and Bailey Jackson. Before reading, Shaq joked, “You tell me if this sounds like me or not.”
The messages were pretty wild and even a bit rude. The fake reply from “Carpenter” said, “I know who you are. You’re way too famous to be sending me messages like that.” Shaq then read an even more graphic part before asking, “Now, is that me, or is that cap?”
Bailey Jackson wasn’t convinced it was real. “No way that’s you. They even Photoshopped your picture!” she said. Jim Jones added, “Is this really you messaging her? Computers can make anything nowadays… That first line was crazy if that’s how you DM.”
Shaq laughed it off and said, “Ladies, the Diesel’s got way more game than that!”
Not surprisingly, Sabrina Carpenter hasn’t said anything about this fake message drama.
This isn’t the first time Shaq had to set the record straight. Last October, rumors popped up that he was dating OnlyFans star Sophie Rain, who’s 21, after they were seen at her birthday party. The rumor started with TikTok star Noah Glenn Carter, who thought it was odd Shaq was there.
Shaq cleared things up by saying he was actually DJ’ing at the beach club she was visiting. Carter later apologized privately, and Shaq shared the apology online, saying, “Apology accepted. I’m not a fan of people who say stuff just for clicks. Get your facts straight or get a job.”
