Wladimir Klitschko’s ex-partner opened up about what everyone was curious about regarding their sex life.
Hayden Panettiere, the former partner of boxing star Wladimir Klitschko, finally answered the question everyone was curious about—their sex life. The American actress and singer, 36, dated the Ukrainian athlete from 2009 to 2011 and then again from 2013 to 2018.
After their second breakup, Panettiere faced challenges with addiction and postpartum depression, leading her to give full custody of their daughter, Kaya, to Klitschko. They still get along well and share parenting duties for their daughter, who was born in 2014.
All of this is shared in Hayden’s upcoming memoir, *This Is Me: A Reckoning*, which will come out later this month. The book promises a rare, personal look into her life, opening up about postpartum depression, addiction, and recovery.
Interestingly, one topic she doesn’t dive deep into is a question many people kept asking about—how their sex life worked given their big height difference. On *The Ellen DeGeneres Show* in 2011, Hayden explained that she’s 5ft 1in while Klitschko is a towering 6ft 6in.
“He is quite a bit bigger than me,” she said. “I get the most prudish people coming up to me asking, ‘Does it work?’”
Her answer? “Yeah, it works. We find a way!”
Ellen joked that she was shocked to hear that, to which Hayden smiled and said, “Where there’s a will, there’s a way. Most of the people who ask are very conservative, and they just really want to know. Like, they *have* to ask!”
Hayden found the whole thing pretty funny and didn’t mind sharing the story.
