Why Venezuela Fury Might Get Married at 16 With Tyson’s Support

Here’s a friendlier and simpler version of the text:

Tyson Fury’s oldest daughter, Venezuela, 16, recently got married to her boyfriend Noah Price, 19, and now we know how it happened. The couple tied the knot in a big, fancy wedding on the Isle of Man on Saturday, May 16. This came just eight months after Noah proposed during Venezuela’s 16th birthday party last September.

About 120 people joined the celebration, mostly from the Fury family. The only family members missing were Tyson’s half-brother Tommy and Tyson’s dad, John. John’s absence wasn’t surprising because he had concerns about Venezuela dating at such a young age. In the Netflix show *At Home With The Furys*, he said, “On my watch, a 15-year-old should never have a boyfriend, ever. They’re still kids!”

Others also worried about the marriage because, in England and Wales, the legal age to marry is 18 (or 16 with parental consent). But Venezuela and Noah were able to get married because the Fury family moved from Morecambe, Lancashire, to the Isle of Man. They made the move mainly for privacy and security reasons.

The Isle of Man has different marriage laws: anyone 16 or older can marry with their parents’ consent, while those over 18 don’t need it. So the move made their wedding possible. Even though John didn’t support the marriage, Tyson gave Noah his blessing before the proposal, as seen on the show. Venezuela also got her mum’s blessing—her mom even asked to be the “best woman” because no one else was old enough to be a witness.

Talking about the wedding, Venezuela’s mom Paris said on *This Morning*, “Venezuela is very mature for her age. She’s done a lot because she’s helped raise her six younger brothers and sisters. I can’t judge her. I know she’s young, but if she’s happy, I fully support her.”

Tyson, during his wedding speech, admitted that although he blesses them, he had told them not to rush into marriage. He joked, “Venezuela and Noah, I told you, you shouldn’t have done it, didn’t I? But now you’ve done it.” Then he added with a smile, “I hope you have 45 healthy children and a long, happy life together.”
